If the Admission Fee is not paid by the User within 5 (five) days of creation of the Account on the website in accordance with Clause 8 below, then the Company reserves the right of temporarily suspending or terminating the Account of the User till the time such Admission Fee remains unpaid. Further, upon a request by a User, if such User is allowed to pay the Admission Fee in installments, and if the payment for the same is not made on the due date of such installment payment, then the Company reserves the right of temporarily suspending or terminating the Account of the User till the time such installment of Admission Fee remains unpaid.

Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate written agreement with the Company, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose. If you reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose, you will be solely liable for such act and the Company may take appropriate legal action against you.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the actual description of the Services on the Website. We do not warrant that the Services description and other Content on the Website is accurate or error-free. By accessing, browsing and using this Website, you agree and acknowledge that you understand and agree that you will not rely on the information and materials contained in this Website for any purpose except as is specifically intended. You further agree that in all actual matters, you are ultimately responsible for determining your specific requirements.
8. Fees and payments
The Company provides pre-school learning programmes and specialized training modules for children through both online and offline programmes. Under the “Little Laureates Online Programme”, we provide training modules through our Website in the following segments: (i) nursery; (ii) junior; and (iii) senior kindergarten for children in the age groups of (i) 2.5-3.5 years; (ii) 3.5-4.5 years; and (iii) 4.5-5.5 years, respectively.
An admission fee shall be chargeable for each of the Services provided by the Company (“Admission Fee
”). A User shall have the option of paying the Admission Fee in installments on the discretion of the Company. The details of the Admission Fee shall be provided to the Users at the time of creation of the Account or upon a specific request to the Company.
The Company reserves the right to revise or modify the Admission Fee for any of the Services listed above subject to the sole discretion of the Company or where the Admission Fee has been incorrectly provided on the Website due to any inadvertent error, without incurring any liability. No refund shall be provided by the Company for any Admission Fee which has already been paid by any User.
Admission Fee and availability of the Services provided or offered on the Website are subject to change without prior notice and at the sole discretion of the Company.
All Services are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to cancel any Service with a reasonable notice to the Users. The Company shall not be liable to pay for any damages in such an event owing to cancellation of the Services.
All Users who wish to obtain any of the Services, as provided above, will be required to pay the full Admission Fee for the Services for us to initiate the enrolment process of the Users for the purpose of a particular Service. We do not have any option for cash on delivery of the Services. All payments on the Website are securely processed through various payment methods including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets and UPI (“Payment Method
”). All major Credit and Debit Cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted on the Website. The Company shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization of any transaction on the Payment Method.
Upon successful payment of the Admission Fee on the Website, the Company will share an email with the User containing confirmation of receipt of and the details of the payment made by the user ("Confirmation E-mail
"). The Confirmation E-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your payment. We will separately send an email with the details of the Services.

All intellectual property rights in this Website, the designs, graphics, artistic works, brands, Content, applications, software, underlying source code and all other aspects of this Website belong to us solely and exclusively, unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
